RETURN POLICY

We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your item. The item/s must be in original condition with hangtag . Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

TUO offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions.

 

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been this easy! We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your items.

Please contact us at tuobaghelp@gmail.com to initiate the return process. 

We do not offer free return shipping labels for our international customers so the customer is responsible for shipping merchandise back, and incurring the cost associated with shipping.

If you purchase your own postage we definitely recommend keeping a record of tracking on returned items. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages shipped to us using postage purchased by the customer.

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

You will be responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouses. Duties are not refundable.
